Overhaul of most of the code. Replaced remoto with paramiko and a server binary that gets downloaded to the container which then executes all commands sent via json-rpc from the client.
This release also has windows support. You will need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ Compiler for Python 2.7 before running pip install jsc. See link at the bottom
