This release changes the code structure to be a python module and adds Windows support with an easy to use installer. It differs from CAM in a few important ways:
* Totally open source - change it, see how it works, and contribute
* Very stable - since it is so simple, it is often more stable than CAM
* No resources - it uses literally no resources, set your LED pattern and close it!
