This is a release to create a Digital Object Identifier, DOI in short.
Note that Harvester will:
1. Migrate to the official version of the GenICam Python Bindings aka "genicam" package once it's released in public and is uploaded to PyPI, and
2. Bump to version 1 line from version 0.
As long as nobody sees a critical issue in version 0.2.13 then this will be the final release of the prototype development stage.
