This is a **destructive** update.

The settings for `dip` have been completely re-written and are stored in a new file, `settings.json`. Previously installed CLIs will need to be re-installed.

The location of this file can be overridden using the `DIP_HOME` environmental variable.

The default `PATH` location for installed CLIs can be overridden using the `DIP_PATH` environmental variable.
