Dip

* Added `--quick` flag to `dip run` to skip checking the configured remote
* Added `dip diff` command to check local state against remote

* Added `--auto-upgrade` option to install

* Add --no-exe option to install configuration without a corresponding executable.

* Bugfix to `dip config --edit`

Expand `DIP_HOME` functionality

Scan directories for existence in the following order:
* ~/.dip
* /etc/dip
* /usr/local/etc/dip

If none exist, use `dip` package path

* Ask to update on `pull` and `show`
