- DateTime conversion of datetime objects with non-pytz tzinfo. Timezones()
returns a copy of the timezone list (allows tests to run).

- Merged the slinkp-datetime-200007 branch: fix the DateTime(anotherDateTime)
constructor to preserve timezones.
