This is the release of ConPagnon in the 2.0.0 version, it contains the following modules:
- utils : A utility module, with specific functions for manipulating the stack of connectivity matrices, and text data more easily.
- machine_learning: This module contains implementation of machine learning algorithms applied to the predictions of behavioral scores, or classification problems, with a particular attention to the analysis of classification weights.
- computing: This module contains all the functions dedicated to the computing of connectivity matrices, for different metrics, and wrap them in a convenient way.
- plotting: This module contains specific functions for plotting the connectivity matrices, or regression results.
- data_handling: This module contains the atlas classes designed to handle the manipulation of an atlas, and some other functions for the manipulation of the dictionary of connectivity matrices.
