- Support loading encrypted contents from S3 bucket for live_data_watch (658) -- this has no impact on how current clients use the live data fetcher but it can allow the fetcher to fetch from S3 in some cases

Bug Fixes

- Use SequentialGeventHandler handler with KazooClient (659) -- This fixes a but introduced in 656, where the Kazoo client experiences errors when trying to use gevent
