Augpathlib

Fixes to support changes in pathlib internal conventions across various python versions.

This was released to pypi in June 2021 but the github release was not originally added.

You should upgrade to this release to avoid issues with rmtree removing symlinked directories, and all package dependencies should be update to this version.
