Completed 26, updated the script to more intelligently parse the source file.

* 27 Completed, Enum updated using new utility.

* Documentation update.

* 30 Improved error handling for log job requests.

* Added cluster id to ClusterConfig

* Added id to shardedClusterConfig as well.

Implements most of the Maint. Windows endpoints as well as the ability to retrieve logs.

Resolves 25, 23 , 22 , 21 .
