Wheel and Cython are not installed when installing from a wheel. Should also fixed an NBT parsing bug. This was fixed a while back but apparently there was not a build created.

Added greater than and less than methods to int classes. Fixed tag_id so that it is accessible from the class not just an instance of the class.
