Adafruit-circuitpython-sgp30

THIS RELEASE CHANGES THE API. You must update your code to match:

* `co2eq` updated to `eCO2`.
* `tvoc` updated to `TVOC`.

Updated property names to match design guidelines.

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Bundle).

To use in CPython, `pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-sgp30`.
