Adafruit-circuitpython-lis2mdl

This release includes:
* Migrating this repository from Travis to GitHub Actions. This has no effect on the behavior of the code itself.

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://circuitpython.org/libraries).

To use in CPython, `pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-lis2mdl`.

This release includes
* a rename of the former Adafruit_CircuitPython_LSM303AGR_Mag to the proper name of said mag sensor, the LIS2MDL
* Breaking changes! Everything works the same but the names are all different!
