Adafruit-circuitpython-htu21d

Add `time.sleep()` to `__init__` to resolve issue with remote sensor I/O error.

To use in CircuitPython, download the the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://circuitpython.org/libraries) and copy the correct .mpy file to the `lib` folder on your CIRCUITPY drive.

To use in CPython, `pip install adafruit-circuitpython-htu21d`.
