- Drop python 3.6, add python 3.10 and bump winfsp 1.10 in the CI (PR 34)

- Build wheels for python 3.9 (PR 31)

- Add to_string method to security descriptor class (PR 29, issue 28)

Manage NTSTATUS errors in SecurityDescriptor.evolve (PR 26, issue 25)

Also changes the internal module structure, this might break backward compatibility.
