In this version we included the [hyper modern principles](https://cjolowicz.github.io/posts/hypermodern-python-01-setup/) suggested by Claudio Jolowicz.
The goal of this effort is provide a more reliable python project.
This the first step to bring the hypermodern python principles to this open source organization.
Hope more of this kind of changes for the other python package maintained by us.
