Corrected a pip install problem.

Corrected small version problem.

The Kickback (v0.3.0) release provides a number of new features and improvements over Blurr (v0.2.0). The project is still very much a work in progress so don't be alarms by uncaught exceptions.

- Window headers are now correct.
- README is now also provided in reStructuredText format.

This release of utterson provides the very basic functionality to manage a Jekyll site.

Known Issues
- Jekyll site needs to be manually created.
- Jekyll site needs to be built to utterson's expected conventions
- A template needs to be manually created.
