There is a bug in bootstrap 2.3.2 that causes sub dropdowns in a collapsed nav to not work properly and are rendered unusable. I've added a secondary version of the javascript with a simple hack/fix for the issue. Include the phone hack js with the BOOTSTRAP_PHONEHACK_JS tag in you Django templates.
