I accidentally implemented a filtering option that doesn't exist.. `country_code` filtering will not work and has been marked as deprecated. However I did add a real filtering option, so you can filter by domain.

This version bump is only to indicate that PyPI uploading has been fixed, it was an issue where for some reason Pandoc wasn't being friendly with line feeds. I've now forced all line feeds to be Unix-style.
