Tpedit

New menu item:
- View --> Expand Diffs
- This will collapse the entire tree and then expand only items that are different. Horray.

This is the first usable version of the TPEdit program.

It currently can only compare files, no editing right now. However, it can compare any number of files and the expand/collapse options work well.

Little to no error checking has been done, so please make a note of any oddities that are found.
