Teslacam

Added the ability to control log output if you're interesting in more details about what goes on during the encoding process.

- Ignore any files whose name doesn't match the pattern to address 1
- Ignore any files that have no stream info
- Adopt new packaging recommendations mentioned here: [https://packaging.python.org/tutorials/packaging-projects/](https://packaging.python.org/tutorials/packaging-projects/)
- Fixed misspelling
- Minor (probably unnoticeable) performance improvement
