- Give :yaml: text role a style

- Add "stealth" buttons 'Previous' and 'Next' to the top

- Add theme option "is_homepage". Used for homepage. If set, projectname,
version, searchbox are not shown.

- Display project title and searchbox in the left navi with dark background

- Show "Edit me on Github" button only for html output. Especially that means:
do not show for singlehtml output
