Syncano-cli

Release notes:
- Hosting - corrects info for user.
- Hosting - add support for multiple domains.
- Custom Socket - add metadata for endpoint.

- Add `syncano init` command.
It is possible now to run: `syncano init`
This will create new account (user must provide basic data),
and will create an instance for he user. After that - user is ready
to work with Syncano.
