* Bump major version so we can do bugfix releases with clean semver numbers. We're using it in prod, it's a 1.0.
* `sourdough` was raising a `ValueError` exception when the **Volume** tag was missing in VMWare. However, it's valid for that to be empty. We now catch the exception and ignore it so the empty case is handled.
* Clean up some violations of the Python style guide.
