The following changes have been made:
- Credsman has been removed as a dependency and replaced with vanilla boto3
- The readme has been scrubbed using [the bfg repo cleaner](https://rtyley.github.io/bfg-repo-cleaner/) to remove references to anything having to do with daltix account numbers. there was no sensitive data in there but it's best to have it done just to be safe.
- The repo name has been all lowercased to keep with more common conventions.
Other than that, that's it! Everything should be backwards compatible and clean / ready to go.
