Security-manager

This version has been tested on the development environment of SoftFIRE and passed the integration test. It doesn't permit the selection of the network where attach the firewall VM.
It doesn't perform asynchronous calls to external servers, so it can block if the communication is filtered.
Logging to file loses some messages
