I know y'all probably thought I stopped work on this huh? Well, I did. But now I'm back, at least for the immediate future.

Updated `README.md` some more, but otherwise just releasing the alpha version under a full version header, cuz it just works!

For Google Colaboratory only with that. Will raise errors if used elsewhere.

scrape_scps()` and `scrape_scps_html()` now have tag filtering.
