- Add --version option
- Fix a bug with --match-executable-by-name-only option not correctly
- Inform users in a better way that this utility cannot run under Python2 in case they installed with an older "pip" version that does not respect the python_requires

Manipulation of ELF files by rpmbuild happen e.g. when you use the "%debug_package" macro
- Remove the "missed file" if that's already present and there are no missed files in the last run
