Fix API redirects via "Location" header

Add `allow_redirects` that defaults to True.

Fix supported Python versions.

Changes

- Merge RESTEasy and APIEndpoint. That means we can do CRUD requests directly using the RESTEasy object without having to invoke `.route()`
- Rename `base_url` to `endpoint`.
