Switched to Reddit OAuth API. Password logins are completely removed, since they are deprecated and will be removed soon. Also added support for configuration files, so no need to write lots of flags every time now!
More clean-up and testing would be highly useful, as well as support for gfycat. Some refactoring is needed in `__main__`, and `manager.download_submissions`.
