Changed

- Changed from distutils to packaging as `distutils.version.LooseVersion` was not working properly in python3.
- `packaging` module is not included in the AutoPkg python distribution so it is now bundled into the
jss_helper package.
- Fixed output if running `jss_helper` without any arguments.

- Updated to work with python3. Requires AutoPkg's python to be installed, so requires a minimum of:
* AutoPkg 2.0.2
* JSSImporter 1.1.0
* python-jss 2.1.0

Fixed

- AutoPkg preferences `com.github.autopkg` are now used. Note that you may need to extend the privileges of
your AutoPkg API user to cover the manipulation of confiuguration profiles (other privileges are also most
likely required - the wiki will be updated as this is figured out).

Changed

- Actions `-v`, `--ssl`, `--nossl` no longer do anything.
- SSL is now set by default. Override this in your AutoPkg preferences with the `JSS_VERIFY_SSL` key.
