- Add support for legacy_uid property to create unique ids for firmware where UUIDs are not present in the xml.

Minor update with support for:

- Fade Time on output devices
- Flashing for output devices

This small update inclues:
- Support for button double-clicks
- Support for the Grafik T Hybrid Keypad
- Detection of additional non-dimming loads
