Fix bug: y-scaling is changed when plots are added.

- Legend forced in upper left corner with smaller font. Include functions `set_legend_loc` and `set_legend_fontsize` to overwrite defaults
- When using the Show Me function, it now creates a plotting dataframe with only the displayed data instead of setting the xlimits.
- Fix bug when dataframe has duplicate columns (duplicate columns are now dropped)
- Add additional parameters to DMC template (ramp imbalance tags and VINDSP)

Improve grouping templates.
Fix bug: plots won't zoom out all the way when the home-zoom button is clicked under certain scenarios.

Add load_grouping_template function.
Check that the dataframe index is datetimeindex in set_dataframe.

* Fix bug in showme that got the wrong x range.
* Showme now copies the code to clipboard.
* Fixed bugs with tickmarks on x-axis.

Removing PyQt5 as dependency because it is called pyqt in conda.
