This is a minor bugfix release. Office codes with alternate values weren't working correctly because the alternate codes did not contain alternates themselves. Thanks to digitalaun for identifying and fixing this issue in 17.

Few updates this month. One interesting change is that 〒5810027 (Yaogi in Yaogi City, Osaka) was revised to add notes to the two rows it has: one with 丁目 and one without.
The romaji section in the README, which was outdated, has also been removed. There are no other changes.

Not many updates this month, but unusually a few postal codes related to Misumi in Kumamoto ([熊本県宇城市三角町](https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%B8%89%E8%A7%92%E7%94%BA)) had their numbers change.
