Some deactivated API endpoints were still listed in the Python client library
for authorizations and referrals. This release removes those old functions to resolve:

We admit it; we wrote a bad test. We've updated it though in with this minor release and now all of the tests pass within the provided Docker containers.

Along the way, we polished up the `Quick Start` section within our README. Just trying to be good citizens, y'all.

The Python 2.7 client removes the requirement for `nose` in prod. Thanks to avivey for the PR!

Knowing the status of your API call just got a lot easier. In this release, we introduced a `status_code` variable to the API Client so that you can more easily make decisions for building out your application.

Further, we moved our testing suite to exercise the live endpoints on the PokitDok platform.
