Osrs-highscores

This release is staging a few big releases to make this project updated with the existing game client. The last released version was nearly a year ago and since then we have had to migrate off Travis-CI for pricing concerns and this release is to try and publish using the gitlab-actions.

I know this package has gone without an update for some time, but this update will bring much of the support inline with current standards AND current game features. 0.7.0 faced some issue getting to pypi, so this has been amended

Updates

* Dropped support for python 3.6 due to deprecation
* Updates to all major requirements.
* README reflected for some non-documented changes.

Ranking deprecation

Rankings were now broken due to changes in auto web-scrape detection and have now been deprecated.
Tests around these have also been disabled.

This minor update includes addition of the Nightmare highscores link as well as some needed retry logic to assist with the instability of the highscores at the current time. As this does include some additional changes to the original logic in lookups, A minor update seems most appropriate.

* 8 - **BUG** - Nightmare addition to categories. Lookup is done by keyword `nightmare`
* 10 - **BUG/ENHANCEMENT** - Includes logical changes for retry and abstraction of each.
