Some features work and have tests associated with them.

Still need to add tests for the predictions api command.

API command interfaces currently not implemented:
- schedules
- predictions for multi stops
- messages

This Is a pre-pre-pre-Alpha still in development release that isn't anywhere near finished.

I'm just releasing it here for the purpose of testing some things.
