Mikroe-uhb

This is the first release to support PIC32, thanks to contributions by John Comeau.

Supported microcontrollers

Currently, we support: **STM32**, **PIC18**, **dsPIC** and **PIC32**.
Untested but should work: other **ARM** microcontrollers and **PIC24**.

Cross-platform

This is the first cross-platform release of mikroe-uhb. It was tested on **Linux** and **Windows**. It should also work on any other OS supported by cython-hidapi, like OSX and FreeBSD, but we did not test the tool on these operating systems yet.
