Fixed ARC4 encryption support

Raises MiCloudAccessDenied exception when invalid credentials are used.

Fix for cli password prompt.

Usage: micloud [OPTIONS] USERNAME PASSWORD

Options:
--country TEXT Language code of the server to query. Default: "de"
--pretty Pretty print json output.
--help Show this message and exit.
