Initial release of **libgeohash**, A python library for interacting with geohashes.
Current release includes:
1. Functions for encoding, decoding coordinates to and from a geohash.
2. Functions for calculating distance between 2 geohashes or coordinates.
3. Functions for conversion of geohashes to and from a polygon.
