Version 0.3.0 of `kvadratnet` introduces the `organize` kernel to the `knet` command line interface. `knet organize` moves files into subfolders according to a list of tile units supplied by the user.
The function `parent_tile` has also been updated so that it can be called without supplying a specific parent tile unit. Per default it is assumed that the caller wants the parent tile that is closest in size to the child tile, for instance the parent tile to `1km_6342_524` is `10km_634_52`.
