* Extended functionality of __upload__ command. Now it is possible to specify if the content passed to upload is appended to the existing data in server-side or if new file is created. The new version works with kogu Python lib release version >= 0.7.0.34. If you have older version of the lib you can update it by running pip (`pip install kogu -U`)
