Removes the need for records to be in a list with key `Records` this is left over from the project being created to handle AWS SNS messages
Removes the requirement for `includes` and `excludes` as they now default to all and none if omitted
Removes requirement for `template` as some routers may only be concerned with the record and/or its vars
