Now the `2018 masterlist <https://amplificathon.dreamwidth.org/3201231.html>`_
is posted, this release adds two bugfixes in anticipation of 2019, as requested
by the lovely mods:

- You can now specify a Tumblr handle as ``tm/username``, in addition to the
existing format.
- Cover art won't overflow off the screen on narrow screens (i.e. phones).

This is an attempt to release the code that *should* have been present

This releases fixes a bug that was found while building the 2017 masterpost:

- Don't throw a UnicodeDecodeError if there are unusual characters in the
input CSV.
