Initial test release with prebuilt binaries for linux x86_64, linux arm64 and macos x86_64
Linux and osx should be able to install with pip
`pip install gloomhavenhelper`
Linux arm64/aarch64 must install binary from gitlab
`pip install https://github.com/Gronis/gloomhaven-helper-rfid/releases/download/0.1.1/gloomhavenhelper-0.1.1-py3-none-linux_aarch64.whl`
If you need ArmV7 or ArmV6 open an issue and I might build them.
