The code has been tested in a development installation locally and works as far as the initial use case seems to require.
- Target repos can be associated with tracking repos and tokens in a configuration file.
- Templates can be added to tracking repos.
- Forms can be generated from templates at the command line, saved to tracking repos in json, md, html, and png format, and added in pull request comments on target repos.
