change the command into sub-commands.
- `girepo strict`
- ordinal searching way that requires names of the owner and the repository like 'owner/repository'
- `girepo rough`
- a new search way that enables to search only repository name but this result is heuristic.
I recommend to use `girepo rough` at first.
Then if the table contains wrong repositories, you use `girepo strict --headless` with proper names like `owner/repository` instead of wrong names.
