Bug fix to make HTML mode only appear any `--html` is used.

Bug fix for VCF library support

Add experimental support for VCF files. Not all columns are currently displayed (FORMAT, INFO, SAMPLE) and emoji not yet customised.

- Bugfix for `biopython` changes which removed `Bio.Alphabet` - which we imported but didn't actually use!

This was reported in 29 but was missed. Addresses issue 30
