This is a second release of python-fastpbkdf2.
This is a minor release that changes how fastpbkdf2 is packaged internally (from a directory to a tarball). This will make it easier to upgrade fastpbkdf2 versions in the future. There should be no user-facing impact.
This release also adds (as of now, unsupported and undocumented) the ability to install the package on Windows. Once I have tested this more, it will be officially documented in a future release.
