End of life Announcement

The eno notation language is en route to its final version and **enopy will reach end of life by 2020.**
enopy is superseded by the [enolib](https://pypi.org/project/enolib/) (core library) and [enotype](https://pypi.org/project/enotype/) (type library) packages.
